Camphor benzalkonium methosulfate is a surface-active substance that is used as a cosmetic ingredient. It is also used in wastewater treatment and as a radiation absorber. Camphor benzalkonium methosulfate absorbs ultraviolet (UV) light and has been shown to be photostable, which means that it does not degrade when exposed to light.
