Descripción

Clenproperol is a multi-walled carbon nanotube that has been modified with reactive functional groups. It is used to detect the presence of ethylene diamine in urine samples. The detection time for Clenproperol is 5 minutes, and the analytical method is LC-MS/MS. The matrix effect for this compound is minimal due to its low molecular weight and high solubility. A monoclonal antibody against Clenproperol has been developed, which can be used as an analyte-specific reagent in a monoclonal antibody sandwich immunoassay. The Lc-MS/MS method uses hydroxide solution as a mobile phase, which produces ions with a m/z ratio of 195. These ions are then detected by the mass spectrometer.
