Información del producto
2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)acetonitrile is a nucleophilic aromatic compound that is a competitive antagonist at the MT2 receptors. This drug has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on tyrosine kinase and protein tyrosine phosphatase, which are enzymes important for signal transduction. 2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)acetonitrile has also been shown to possess anti-inflammatory properties due to its ability to inhibit the production of prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase. The functionalities of this drug can be modified by nitro groups and/or alkylation. The nitro group in 2-(4-Chlorophenoxy)acetonitrile can be reduced to an anion, which may result in different chemical properties and reactivity with other compounds.
