Descripción:Cyclocreatine is a natural substance that is found in the body, which is also called creatine. Cyclocreatine has been used for the treatment of eye disorders such as glaucoma, and to help improve muscle function in people with muscular dystrophy. Cyclocreatine works by increasing the levels of adenylate cyclase, which subsequently increases the levels of cyclic AMP (cAMP) in cells. This leads to an increase in protein kinase activity, which helps to regulate cellular metabolism and energy production. Cyclocreatine also has been shown to have anti-cancer effects on carcinoma cell lines by inhibiting cellular transformation and inducing apoptosis.
