Descripción:2'-Chloro-4'-nitroacetophenone is a reagent that is used in the synthesis of tulobuterol, an oxirane that binds to β2-adrenergic receptors. 2'-Chloro-4'-nitroacetophenone is also used for the synthesis of other drugs, such as benzylated alcohols and phenols. This product has been shown to be metabolized into a number of metabolites, including hydroxybenzyl alcohol and hydroxybenzyl glucuronide.
