4-Chloro-5-fluoro-quinazoline is a potent inhibitor of tyrosine kinases that has been shown to inhibit the receptor tyrosine kinase, ErbB2. This drug is orally active and can be used in the treatment of cancer. 4-Chloro-5-fluoro-quinazoline has also been shown to inhibit erbb2 phosphorylation and reduce tumour growth in xenograft models. This drug is a potent inhibitor of ErbB2, which is a receptor tyrosine kinase implicated in the development of cancer.
