Descripción:2,6-Difluorophenyl isocyanate is a chemical compound that is synthesized by the trimerization of acetylcholine. It has been shown to inhibit the synthesis of nicotinic acetylcholine and block the formation of an acetylcholine receptor. This inhibition can be reversed by adding a phosphide inhibitor or by changing the reaction time. 2,6-Difluorophenyl isocyanate has been found to exhibit cytotoxicity in cancer cells.
