1-[3-(3,5-Difluorophenyl)-3-Pyridin-2-Ylpropyl]-2-[3-(3H-Imidazol-4-Yl)Propyl]Guanidine is a cardiac receptor activator. This agent is used for the treatment of congestive heart failure and hypertension. It has been shown to have arrhythmogenic properties and should not be used in patients with a history of arrhythmia or long-term treatment.
