Descripción:AZD 8186 is a potent anti-cancer drug that has shown potent antitumor activity against solid tumors. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells by targeting and inhibiting the lipid kinase activity of the tumor cells. AZD 8186 also inhibits the pro-apoptotic protein and induces apoptosis in mouse tumor cells, which may be due to inhibition of polymerase chain reaction (PCR) for DNA replication. This drug also targets cancer tissues in vivo and selectively kills myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), which are immunosuppressive cells that promote tumor progression.
