Información del producto
2,2-difluoropent-4-enoic acid is a synthetic compound that has been shown to have anticoagulant properties. 2,2-difluoropent-4-enoic acid prevents the formation of blood clots by inhibiting platelet aggregation and the formation of fibrin. This drug also has hepatotoxicant effects. The synthesis of 2,2-difluoropent-4-enoic acid involves the reaction between pentenoic acid chloride and silicon tetrachloride in a microvesicular reactor at high temperature and pressure. Synthesis of this product requires a complicated process involving many steps. Rats given 2,2-difluoropent-4-enoic acid showed signs of occlusion in the liver.
