Descripción:4-(2,2-Difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile is a fungicide that inhibits the growth of fungi. It has been shown to be effective against postharvest fungal infections and synergizes with zirconium oxide. 4-(2,2-Difluoro-1,3-benzodioxol-4-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carbonitrile binds to copper ions and prevents ATP binding to ATP binding cassette transporter protein (ABC) transporters in fungi cells. This leads to apoptosis of these cells by inhibiting the mitochondrial electron transport chain.
