(S)-2,6-Diamino-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzothiazole has been shown to inhibit leukemia cells and cancer cells in vitro through an unknown mechanism. It also binds to histone H3 proteins and has shown high cytotoxicity against various types of cancer cell lines.
