Información del producto
- 1,4-Dichlorophtalazine
- Phthalazine, 1,4-dichloro-
1,4-Dichlorophthalazine (1,4-DCP) is a synthetic compound that inhibits the activity of ns3 protease. It is a reactive chlorine atom with two hydroxyl groups on the benzene ring and one alkynyl group on the pyrimidine ring. 1,4-DCP has been shown to inhibit growth factor receptor signals in cells. The structure of 1,4-DCP includes an ethynyl group which may contribute to its binding affinity for the kinase receptor. 1,4-DCP inhibits cancer cell proliferation and inflammatory bowel disease by blocking growth factor receptors. 1,4-DCP also blocks protein synthesis by inhibiting the activity of an enzyme called crth2.
