Descripción:Dispase I is a recombinant protein produced by a genetically modified virus that is used for the preparation of collagen gels. It has been shown to have a biocompatible polymer, which can be used in the treatment of liver cells, damaged by radiation or chemical agents. Dispase I has also been shown to have an anti-inflammatory effect, which may be due to its ability to inhibit prostaglandin synthesis. This recombinant protein is able to form collagen gels with fetal bovine serum, and it is also active against bowel diseases such as Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Dispase I has been found to be genotoxic in some cases, so it should not be used on primary cells or tissues.
