Descripción:
Dibenzofuran-3-sulfonylchloride is a family of compounds that are extracellular probes and are used in the diagnosis of pulmonary disease, such as airflow obstruction. The compound is also used for determining the linker region between amide I and II bands in gas chromatographic analysis. Dibenzofuran-3-sulfonylchloride is also used to measure inflammatory processes in the lungs by measuring radioactivity. Dibenzofuran-3-sulfonylchloride has been shown to be a potent inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis and has been used as an antiinflammatory agent in the treatment of asthma.
