Descripción:20-Deoxocarnosol is a natural compound that has been found to have inhibitory properties against cancer. It has been shown to reduce the incidence of cervical cancer in mice, as well as to inhibit the growth of leishmania parasites. 20-Deoxocarnosol has also been found to have anti-inflammatory and immune-modulating properties. These actions may be due to its ability to bind and activate nuclear receptors, such as PPARα and PPARγ, which are involved in regulating cell function. This compound is also an inhibitor of postprandial blood glucose levels in humans.
