Dibenzyl N,N-diethylphosphoramidite is a chemical compound that is used to synthesize monoclonal antibodies. It is prepared by reacting phenacyl chloride with diethyl phosphite in the presence of an appropriate base. Dibenzyl N,N-diethylphosphoramidite is a conjugate that can be used as an analog for sugar nucleotides in order to synthesize oligonucleotides containing both DNA and RNA. This compound can also be used to prepare monoclonal antibodies using solid-phase synthesis. The preparation of this compound requires the use of basic protein, tyrosine kinase, and stereoselective conditions.
