Información del producto
3,5-Dibromo-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol is a ligand that has been used to calibrate mass spectrometry for the determination of chlorobenzene and chloride. This ligand has also been used to study the extractability of halogenated alkyl compounds from organic solvents. 3,5-Dibromo-2-hydroxybenzyl alcohol has been shown to form hemihydrate and an electrospray ionization mass spectrum can be used to identify this compound by its molecular weight. The isotope dilution method can be used to determine the formation constant for this compound.
