• Descripción: Diclofenac ethyl ester is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug that belongs to the group of particle drugs. It is chemically related to other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen and naproxen, but it is more potent. Diclofenac ethyl ester has been shown to be effective against inflammation and pain in animal models by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin E2 in cells. This drug also reduces inflammation by blocking the action of lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase enzymes, which are involved in the synthesis of prostaglandins. It can be administered through inhalation, which allows for a quick onset of action with minimal side effects.
