Descripción:Diethyl 3-bromopropylphosphonate is an alkylating agent that can be used as a disinfectant, an antimicrobial agent, or a chemical reagent. It has been shown to inhibit the growth of tuberculosis bacteria and to have anticancer activity. Diethyl 3-bromopropylphosphonate has also been shown to be effective against Escherichia coli isolates. This compound is used to treat bacterial skin infections and burns by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis. Diethyl 3-bromopropylphosphonate has also been shown to be effective against Escherichia coli isolates in vitro. This compound is used as a disinfectant, an antimicrobial agent, or a chemical reagent.
