• Descripción: Diisopropyl phosphorochloridate is a nucleophilic agent that is used to synthesize phosphorus esters. It is prepared by treatment of phosphorus pentachloride with diisopropyl alcohol and hydrochloric acid. Diisopropyl phosphorochloridate is an efficient method for the synthesis of phosphorus esters. The reaction proceeds via a nucleophilic attack on the chloride ion by the alcohol group in diisopropyl alcohol, followed by elimination of hydrochloric acid to produce the desired product.
