Descripción:
Diphenhydramine N-oxide is a drug that belongs to the class of antihistamines. It is used as a diluent for other injectable drugs or as a targetable drug delivery system. This drug also has circumferential effects, implanting hydrophobic drugs in tissues and cells. Diphenhydramine N-oxide has been shown to have an antihistamine effect by blocking histamine receptors on nerve cells and preventing the release of inflammatory substances from mast cells. Diphenhydramine N-oxide can be administered by devices such as syringes, inhalers, or iontophoresis devices.
