Descripción

Dihydrotanshinone I is a natural compound that has been shown to inhibit cyclase activity and induce caspase-independent cell death. It also inhibits the production of proinflammatory cytokines, which are associated with inflammation and autoimmune diseases. Dihydrotanshinone I has been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties, as well as inhibitory effects on the expression of toll-like receptor 4 (TLR4) in human monocytes. This compound may be used as a treatment for inflammatory bowel disease, psoriasis, and rheumatoid arthritis.
