• Descripción: Ab-fubinaca is a synthetic cannabinoid that is a potent agonist of the CB2 receptor and a weak agonist at the CB1 receptor. It has been shown to be an effective analgesic in animal models of pain, similarly to other synthetic cannabinoids. Ab-fubinaca has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory effects in mice by inhibiting the production of cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β). Ab-fubinaca is structurally similar to D-tert-leucine methyl ester hydrochloride, which is an amino acid derivative that acts as a pharmacological chaperone.
