Descripción

Tricin is a natural product that was discovered in the leaves of the plant Tinospora cordifolia. Tricin has shown inhibitory properties on 3T3-L1 preadipocytes, which may be due to its ability to inhibit dextran sulfate-induced inflammatory bowel disease in mice. It has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor activities in vitro and in vivo. Tricin is a coumarin derivative and has been found to be an effective inhibitor of protein synthesis.
