Información del producto
- Icosafluorododecanedioic Acid
- 2,4-Dichloro-5-Fluorobenzoate
2,4-Dichloro-5-fluoro benzoic acid is a fluorinated organic compound. It is primarily used as an anticancer and antibacterial agent. 2,4-Dichloro-5-fluoro benzoic acid inhibits the growth of cancer cells by binding to DNA and blocking the synthesis of RNA and protein. The optimal reaction conditions for hydrogen fluoride are between 150 and 180 °C with a pressure of 2.3 to 2.6 MPa (25 to 30 atm). The reaction mechanism involves the formation of chlorofluorides, which are then hydrolyzed to release hydrogen chloride gas. Chlorinating agents such as carbon disulfide or chlorine can be used in place of hydrogen fluoride in this process.
2,4-Dichloro-5-fluoro benzoic acid is synthesized by reacting ethyl chloroformate with sodium nitrite followed by fluorination with boron triflu
