Información del producto
7,8-Dichloroisoquinoline is a synthetic compound that can be synthesized in two steps from hydroxylamine and cinnamic acid. It has been shown to be metabolized by rat liver microsomes and the metabolites are then transformed into cinnamic acids. 7,8-Dichloroisoquinoline has been shown to exhibit an inhibitory effect on the activity of cytochrome P450 enzymes, which are involved in drug metabolism. This inhibition may lead to an increase in the concentration of drugs that are substrates for these enzymes. 7,8-Dichloroisoquinoline also exhibits anti-inflammatory effects by inhibiting the production of prostaglandin E2.
