• Descripción: Diethyl pyrazole-3,5-dicarboxylate (ETP-46321) is a dopamine receptor agonist that has been shown to have a potent effect on the central nervous system. ETP-46321 has been shown to bind to the dopamine receptor and activate it in an allosteric manner, and is also able to form stable complexes with it. ETP-46321 has been shown to have functional effects such as being a modulator of neuronal excitability and being able to inhibit the release of neurotransmitters. These effects are thought to be due to its ability to mimic the shape of the dopamine molecule, which fits into the binding site of the dopamine receptor. This drug also has a strong dipole moment, which allows it to easily interact with polar molecules. It also contains a pyrazole ring that is amine functionalized which can be used for conjugation reactions.
