This molecule has been shown to be an effective fluorescence probe for the detection of cb2 receptors in Langmuir adsorption isotherms and LC-MS/MS methods. 4-Diethylaminobenzaldehyde has also been shown to have chemopreventive properties against carcinoma cells.
