Descripción:Diethyl oxalacetate is a chemical compound that is extracted from acetate extract. It can be synthesized by reacting diethyl succinate with hydrochloric acid, diazonium salt, and ethyl ethoxymethylenecyanoacetate. Diethyl oxalacetate has been shown to inhibit the production of inflammatory cytokines such as tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β). It also inhibits the activity of MCL-1 protein, which is a key regulator in promoting mitochondrial apoptosis. Diethyl oxalacetate has been shown to reduce the formation of nitro compounds that are known to cause cancer and other diseases.
