• Descripción: Diethyl 2,2'-thiodiglycolate is an inhibitor of the enzyme glutathione reductase. It has been shown to reduce the rate of reaction between chlorine and hydrogen peroxide in an electroluminescent device. Diethyl 2,2'-thiodiglycolate is used to inhibit a wide range of enzymes, including bcl-2 family proteins and enzymes that are resistant to other inhibitors such as fluorine or particle immobilization. This agent has been shown to have cancer prevention properties.
