• Descripción: 2,4-Dichlorophenylhydrazine hydrochloride (2,4-DCH) is a synthetic cannabinoid that binds to the CB1 receptor. It has been shown to be a potent CB1 receptor agonist and an antagonist of the CB2 receptor. 2,4-DCH is used in assays to study the effects of cannabinoids on cells or cell membranes. It has also been used in studies on cancer cells with positive results. 2,4-DCH has been shown to inhibit the growth of hl-60 cells by binding to their cb2 receptors, leading to decreased chloride levels and activation of potassium channels. This leads to depolarization and subsequent death of the cell.
