Descripción:Defluoro Hydroxy AM-694 is a selective, validated and sensitive analytical method for the determination of psychoactive substances in urine. It is a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) based method which has been validated for use with a variety of analytes. Defluoro Hydroxy AM-694 is effective for quantitation of amphetamine, methamphetamine, MDMA and methylone in human urine samples. Quantitative results are obtained within five minutes after sample introduction and the limit of detection is 0.1 ng/mL for all analytes. The method also has high selectivity and sensitivity to various interferences such as ibuprofen, acetaminophen and caffeine.
