2,6-Difluoro-3-methoxybenzaldehyde is a diastereomeric chemical that has inhibitory effects on mammary carcinoma. It is also stereoselective and inhibits tumor activity. 2,6-Difluoro-3-methoxybenzaldehyde has been shown to have anti-tumor properties in animal models of breast cancer and other cancers.
