- 2-Ethylpyrazole-3-carboxylic acid
1-Ethyl-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylic acid is a pyrazole that has been synthesized by electrochemical reduction of the corresponding nitro compound. The pyrazole ring is a five membered aromatic heterocycle with two nitrogen atoms and one oxygen atom. The substituent on the pyrazole ring is an ethyl group, which is bonded to the pyrazole through a carbonyl linkage. The diaphragm in this experiment was made of platinum and had a thickness of 0.5mm, which led to a significant effect on the product.
