E-Endoxifen is a drug that acts as an estrogen receptor antagonist by binding to the estrogen receptor and preventing it from responding to estrogen. It is used to treat breast cancer and other cancers that depend on estrogens for growth. E-Endoxifen also inhibits the production of certain enzymes, such as cytochrome P450 (CYP2D6), which are involved in drug metabolism.
