• Descripción: Cis-ent-tadalafil is a drug that belongs to the class of phosphodiesterase inhibitors. It is used for the treatment of erectile dysfunction and pulmonary arterial hypertension. Cis-ent-tadalafil has been shown to be effective against various types of bacteria, including methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Clostridium difficile, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, and Mycobacterium avium complex. The plasma concentrations of cis-ent-tadalafil in humans are measured using HPLC with low resolution MS/MS detection. This method can be used for the analysis of cis-ent-tadalafil in synergi tablets containing sildenafil citrate and tadalafil.
