3-Ethoxy-2-cyclohexane-1-one is an organic compound that is used as a synthetic intermediate. 3-Ethoxy-2-cyclohexane-1-one can be synthesized by an E2 elimination reaction of the corresponding allyl alcohol, which is accomplished with a strong base such as lithium diisopropylamide.
