The toxicological studies conducted on euphadienol show that it is not toxic at doses up to 100mg/kg body weight when given orally or intraperitoneally. Euphadienol also showed activity against various disease models, including dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis, which is an experimental model for inflammatory bowel disease.
