Descripción:2-Fluorobenzothiazole is a hydroxylated aromatic compound that has shown anticancer activity in clinical studies. It has been found to be an effective inhibitor of human carcinoma cells and was shown to inhibit the proliferation of these cells by interfering with DNA synthesis. This drug also has an anti-inflammatory effect on the immune system, which may be due to its ability to inhibit platelet aggregation. The chemical structures of 2-fluorobenzothiazole are similar to those of aminosulfonyl, a known anticancer agent. The active substances in 2-fluorobenzothiazole are the 2-Fluoro group and the carbonyl group.
