3-[[(4-Fluorophenyl)sulfonyl]methylamino]-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-9H-carbazole-9-acetic acid is a molecule that has been shown to have a synergistic interaction with CRTH2. This synergistic effect may be due to the ability of 3-(4′-fluorobenzoylsulfamoylamino)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-9H-carbazole-9-acetic acid to inhibit the proliferation of eosinophils and neutrophils.
