Descripción:Flumetsulam is a herbicide that belongs to the group of phenoxy. It is an inhibitor of acetyl-CoA carboxylase and is used as an agricultural herbicide for controlling weeds in soybean, cotton, corn, and other crops. Flumetsulam inhibits plant growth by inhibiting fatty acid synthesis, which can lead to cell death. Flumetsulam has been shown to have synergic effects when combined with glyoxylic acid or hydrochloric acid. The adsorption mechanism of flumetsulam on kidney beans is different from that on soybean extract; this may be due to the difference in surface properties between these two types of plants.
