Información del producto
2-Fluoro-4'-[[4-(4-pyridinylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl]-alpha,alpha-bis(trifluoromethyl)-[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-methanol (TFP) is a molecule that has been shown to inhibit transcriptional activity of myeloid cells. TFP is a ligand for the IL-1 receptor antagonist and cotransfection studies have shown that TFP can abrogate the effects of proinflammatory cytokines in various cell types. TFP has been hypothesized to be an anti-cancer agent and it has been suggested that this drug may act as an anti-inflammatory agent by inhibiting the production of proinflammatory cytokines. It is possible that 2-fluoro-4'-[[4-(4-pyridinylmethyl)-1-piperazinyl]methyl]-alpha,alpha-[bis(trifluor
