Descripción:2-Fluoropyrimidine is a fluoropyrimidine that is used in combination with other drugs to treat colorectal cancer. This drug has been shown to have synergistic effects when combined with 5-fluorouracil, which is another chemotherapy drug. 2-Fluoropyrimidine binds to DNA and inhibits the synthesis of RNA, which helps to slow tumor growth. The drug also targets solid tumours and works by inhibiting enzymes involved in the synthesis of DNA and RNA. It has been shown to be effective for the treatment of colorectal cancer as well as infectious diseases such as malaria and tuberculosis, although it has not been studied in any other types of cancer.
