Descripción:Fondenafil is a dietary supplement that belongs to the group of pde-5 inhibitors. It is used as an analytical method for determining the matrix effect on sildenafil in pharmaceutical dosage preparations. Fondenafil is also used as a pharmaceutical drug for the treatment of male erectile dysfunction. The mechanism of action involves inhibition of phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE-5). This inhibition leads to increased levels of cGMP, which are necessary for the relaxation and expansion of blood vessels in the penis, leading to improved erectile function. Fondenafil enhances magnetic resonance spectroscopy and can be detected by lc-ms/ms methods.
