Descripción:Fmoc-N-methyl-O-tert-butyl-L-tyrosine is a peptide that mimics the natural substrate serine protease. It has been used to study protein-protein interactions in proteases and their cleavage specificity. This peptide was designed as a peptidomimetic, which is an analog of a protein or peptide.
