This drug also has an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of proteins and nucleic acids. 4-Fluoro-3-(trifluoromethyl)aniline may be effective against some cancers such as sarcoma, leukemia, and lymphoma, due to its ability to inhibit the production of tumour necrosis factor (TNF)-α.
