Descripción:Fmoc-L-proline pentafluorophenyl ester is an estrogen analog that binds to the estrogen receptor α. It has been shown to inhibit cancer cell growth in vitro and in vivo. In addition, Fmoc-L-proline pentafluorophenyl ester inhibits the formation of new cancer cells by inducing cell death and inhibiting proliferation. This drug also has anti-inflammatory properties and is able to bind with calmodulin, which may be related to its ability to inhibit breast cancer cell growth.
