Descripción:Fmoc-D-Asn(Trt)-OH is a proteolytic enzyme that is synthesized by the solid phase method. This synthetic peptide has been shown to be effective in vitro against influenza and tumor cell lines. Fmoc-D-Asn(Trt)-OH is able to cleave proteins at serine residues, which are often found in plasma proteins. The enzyme also has an asymmetric synthesis, which allows for easy purification and high yields of the desired product. This molecule does not have homologous enzymes, so it cannot be inhibited by other proteases or inhibitors of proteases. Fmoc-D-Asn(Trt)-OH is taken up by cells in the gastrointestinal tract and may be used as a cancer treatment due to its ability to inhibit tumor growth.
