Descripción:
N-alpha-Fmoc-Ngamma-4-methyltrityl-L-asparagine is a peptide synthesis reagent that contains a bulky group at the N terminus. It can be used to provide steric protection for the amine, and is readily cleaved from the terminal amino acid. The synthetic utility of this compound has been demonstrated in various peptide coupling experiments. This reagent also provides a high yield of coupling efficiency, which can be increased by using it in combination with other similar compounds.
